Duty Free Shops (Licensing and Taxation) Act 2010, No. 6 of 2010 (Arrangement of Sections)

AN ACT to provide for the licensing of duty free shops, to facilitate the importation of certain goods duty-free, to impose and collect certain taxes and levies on such duty-free shops and duty-free goods and for related matters.
